OUR PROCESSES
Established in the heart of Industrial Sheffield back in 1966, our business was then primarily Engraving, however, over the years we have widely expanded the in-house processes we can offer. This includes Chemical Etching, Anodising, Engraving, Ano-Etch and a comprehensive list of Printing processes including Screen Print, Ano-Print, Thermal Print, Digital Print, Sub-Print, etc.
And as technology is constantly moving forward we are always looking for ways to expand the processes we can offer customers. All this allows us to find the best solution to your requirements.
INDUSTRY SECTOR
Within the Industrial and Manufacturing Sector, we have regularly worked with the Automotive, Medical, Defence, Oil & Gas Industries.
Providing Nameplates for equipment that displays a variety of information that may include Serial Numbers, Specification Details, Test Results, Manufacturers Contact Details, etc.
We also supply component items, such as Control or Fascia Panels, Scale Panels/Dials, Location Panels, Gauge Tools, etc. The Majority of this work is produced from Customer Drawing and Specifications and can adhere to corporate IDs if required.
SERVICE SECTOR
The work produced for the service sector is again varied, ranging from supplying Hotels, Offices, Hospitals, Bars, Shopping Centres, etc with Internal Signage - sometimes Full Corporate ID or Just maybe a Door Nameplate or Company Badge. It could be a Registered Office Plaque or an Internal Layout/Plan Information Plate, or maybe Evacuation and Safety Signs.
We also provide promotional items such as Awards - maybe to staff or suppliers, and Commemorative Plaques and for Opening Ceremony Plaques.
